Just rambling through the forest of life.

As a lad growing up in the 80’s I remember the Transformers cartoons. so I took great delight when in the 00’s they made three films. of course there were a lot of toys to collect. Now being a father of a 5 yr old lad, I could not resist collecting the miniature cyberverse transformers, which have proudly taken center stage on the shelf above my desk.

Every morning I hear a patter of little feet entering the bedroom and going to the desk. I imagine our son reaching up and grabbing one of the transformers to play with.

One day he asked me their names, I told him, he said he liked the Bumblebee, but hated the lorry one. When I asked him why, he said because it had a silly name. I asked him what the name was, he replied Octopus Primer.
